I agree, setting a plant count limit to determine what a "60 Day Supply" is, is completely absurd. If all plants produced exactly the same amount, maybe, but this certainly is NOT the case. There are too many parameters that affect the yeild, from temperature, to grower skill, and everything in between. So this grower is correct. Using plant count is redicules ! Further, only 15 plants is very likely not going to produce and maintain a sixty day supply of 24 ounces. So, I think Washington State lawmakers better re-think this one. I would consider the current proposal an insult to the intelligence of the average medical cannabis grower in Washington State.
